Todd White

Dr. Todd White is a dynamic leader and accomplished entrepreneur with a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and a passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their fullest potential. His professional journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to people, resilience honed by surviving cancer twice, and a drive to find research-based solutions to real-world challenges. 

Todd has successfully founded and sold multiple businesses, including a window cleaning company with the motto "Changing the way you look at the world," and a commercial real estate venture that transformed raw land into a multimillion-dollar property. His diverse background spans academia, where he set institutional records for student satisfaction and course completion rates as a professor, and medical sales, where he led his team to outperform goals by a factor of five. Known for his ability to connect with people and drive results, Todd has coached executives, optimized hiring processes, and guided organizational growth across various industries.

In addition, Todd has served the youth in our community for many years as a religious youth leader. His greatest joy comes from his family -- his wife and five children -- who have been his steadfast supporters throughout his professional and educational pursuits.
