Andrea King

My name is Andrea King. My husband Brian and I have been business owners in Davis County since 1983. I have four children and 18 grandchildren. My happiest days are spent with my family, they are my life.  I especially like activities that include the ocean, lakes , rivers etc.

I am passionate about others and helping with their needs.  I have volunteered with different groups throughout my life. Most recently I have been apart of the North Davis Communities That Care Coalition, which helps all of the children who flow into the schools in Clearfield and Syracuse High area. They have so many programs to help the youth.

Through this group I met Kurtis Fredericks who needed help with a brilliant opportunity. He started an event called Illumination. I have helped with this event since day one, which helps with mental health awareness and suicide prevention. I cannot tell you how dear this is to my heart. If we can all come together and embrace others who are struggling and help pinpoint those who are struggling, what a beautiful experience this will be. Thanks to Kurtis for bringing this to life to help save the lives of all!!!!!
